SEND CLEAR

Princeton Ave Montessori curriculum is highly academic, diverse, and individualized for it allows each child to progress at his/her own pace. We currently cater to children ages 2 – 6 years of age and for the most, we assembly the children in mixed aged groups where all work together in the classroom. The older children help the younger ones get acclimated while at the same time gaining a sense of responsibility and society; at the same time as the younger ones learn from the older ones and transition into their educational journey with great ease.

Princeton Ave Montessori, embrace Dr. Maria Montessori’s belief that childhood education must be progressive. It should provide a keen insight into the Montessori Method within the context of contemporary and educational and social wisdom. Blending the Montessori approach with contemporary enrichment has proven to be effective, rewarding, and beneficial to today’s child.

Princeton Ave Montessori, believe that every individual has lifelong, personal opportunities for learning. We build our programs on the human and cultural richness. Princeton Avenue Montessori believes in the principles of promoting acceptance and inclusivity, embracing diversity and challenges, and inspiring human progress toward peace and harmony.

Based on the Montessori philosophy of developing a sense of initiative and independence, Princeton Ave Montessori have two – two an half “work” period in the morning during which each child chooses “work” from the areas of: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, Geography, Science, Cultural Studies, Art, and The Outdoor Classroom.

Enrichment Programs

At Princeton Ave Montessori we value the importance of child expression and feel that the tools refined within the visual and performing arts are one of the key elements. The enrichment classes provide an opportunity for students to advance their sense of self by discovering through mixed media’s their likes and dislikes. In addition, the classes offer the forum to develop the sensitivity needed to absorb the fine layers that the world has to offer. Princeton Ave Montessori provides specialized programs for the children. These include for the children that are signed up for the Princeton Ave Montessori Accelerated Program, but are not limited to:
